Registration and Fee

Participants may register for the conference online, using the electronic registration form (preferably).
For the offline registration please download provided offline registration document:
registration.doc (Word) or registration.rtf (RTF).

The Conference Fee

Conference Fee (paid at the registration desk) 550 EUR (including: Get-Together Party, lunches, coffee breaks, Conference Dinner, Proceedings, Guided tour) Student fee: 140 EUR (including: Get-Together Party, coffee breaks) Reduced Conference fee: 350 EUR (including: Get-Together Party, coffee breaks) 1 day Conference fee: 120 EUR (including: coffee breaks) Accompanying Person: 200 EUR (including: Get-Together Party, lunches, coffee breaks, Conference Dinner, Guided tour)

Extras (optional): Extra proceedings: 150 EUR Lunches (5 days): 30 EUR Guided tours: Wieliczka Salt Mine: 30 EUR Wawel Castle: 20 EUR Tatra Mountains: 50 EUR Conference Dinner: 70 EUR

Financial Support

A limited financial support will be available. An application letter should be sent together with the registration form explaining the reasons and justifying the amount of the support applied for.

Program for Accompanying Persons
